WARRANTY
When purchased through kukara.com, our products come with a one-year limited warranty; are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from the original purchase date.
Kukara will replace any defective product with the same product or one of equal or lesser value during the warranty period. Planned replacement products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship from the date of replacement for up to 90 days or, if applicable, for the remainder of the original warranty period. This warranty is not transferable and covers only the original purchaser or end user.
WARRANTY SERVICE
In the event that your product is defective, you can request a return with the guarantee; either a replacement or a refund of the purchase price if the following conditions are met:
The product subject to a return request must have been purchased directly at www.kukara.com.
A valid purchase confirmation number from www.kukara.com must accompany your warranty return request.
Warranty return requests must be submitted within one year from the original purchase date.
Once your return request is approved, Kukara will issue you an RMA number to include in your shipment of defective product. Packages returned without an authorized RMA number will be returned to the sender.
Your RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.
Once the RMA number is issued, the product must be returned within 30 days.
We will inspect all returned items. If the warranty return request is approved, the full cost of the merchandise and the cost of shipping will be reimbursed.
If the warranty return is not approved the customer will be responsible for all costs associated with returning the product to Kukara. Shipping costs will not be refundable.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY, ITS OWNERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES OR AFFILIATES (COLLECTIVELY “AFFILIATES”) BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, SIGNIFICANT, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES THAT ARISE FROM, OR RELATED TO WITH THE USE OF THIS SITE OR ANY OF THE PRODUCTS SOLD THROUGH THE SITE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS OF BUSINESS, EXPECTED PROFITS, OR THE COST OF SUBSTITUTION OF SERVICES, EVEN IF THE COMPANY OR ITS AFFILIATES HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL THE COMPANY’S LIABILITY TO YOU FOR THE DAMAGES, LOSSES OR CAUSES OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT OR ANY OTHER) SHALL EXCEED AN ADDED OF $ 500 PESOS.
EXCLUSIONS
Kukara’s one-year limited warranty does not cover product misuse, accident, or abuse; damage to any non-Kukara product, including, without limitation, device damage or loss of data; personalized product or with printed personalization; product purchased through unauthorized resellers, promotions on sites (including, without limitation, Groupon, Living Social, NoMoreRack, DailySteals, DailyDeals, Woot, etc.), clearance sites, auction sites (including, but not limited to, eBay, Quibids, etc.); promotional items; or incidental or consequential damages. You specifically agree that Kukara will not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages for the breach of any warranty of any kind on any Kukara product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the limitations of the exclusions may not apply.
With the exception of what is established above, Kukara does not offer any express or implicit guarantee and Kukara expressly disclaims any and all guarantees, including guarantee of quality, commercialization or adaptation to any particular purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or the limitation of the duration of an implied warranty, so the above limitations of exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state (or by country or province).
ABSTRACT
To request a replacement or refund, please fill out the Warranty Form to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA). When returning the defective product, you will be asked to send it together with the proof of purchase from Kukara. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the package containing the product when it is shipped to Kukara. Kukara will not accept a return that does not have the RMA number on the outer packaging. As indicated above, the customer must bear the cost of shipping the product.
Once the form is submitted, we will process it according to the order in which it was received. Usually your form will be processed within 1-2 business days. If approved, you will receive an email from [email protected] with your RMA number and further instructions on how to complete your request.
