SHIPPING & RETURNS
At Kukara we stand behind the quality of our products and hope you are satisfied with your purchase. We offer returns or exchanges of products purchased directly at kukara.com for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. See below for terms of exchanges or returns.
All domestic orders from Mexico include free standard shipping. We also offer options outside of standard shipping or international shipping.
RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY
In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product unopened for a replacement or a refund of the purchase price if the following conditions are met:
Product subject to a return request must have been purchased directly from www.kukara.com.
A restocking charge equal to USD $ 15.00 or 15%, whichever is greater, will be deducted from all refunds on any product. This charge will not apply to defective products returned for repair within the manufacturer’s warranty period.
A valid purchase confirmation number from www.kukara.com must accompany your return request.
Returned products must be unopened and in condition to be sold as new.
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Once your return request is approved, Kukara will issue you an RMA number to include in the return. Packages returned without an authorized RMA number will be returned to the sender.
Your RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the packaging.
All returns must be sent within 30 days of issuance of the RMA number.
The customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the product to Kukara. Shipping costs are not refundable.
All prices and specifications are subject to change without prior notice. Prices are final from the closing of an order and / or promotion or sale. All products are shipped FOB (Free on Board) and become the sole property of the buyer upon delivery to the specified shipping agent. In the event of damage during transport, the customer should contact us immediately, so that a damage claim can be quickly made to the shipping company and the replacement can be expedited. Any discrepancy, including incorrect items or missing items, must be communicated to Kukara within a period of no more than 48 hours from the date / time of delivery.
By purchasing from our website, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted all the terms and conditions. All brands and product names mentioned are trademarks and / or registered trademarks of their respective owners. Product images are for representation purposes only. Actual products may have slight cosmetic differences.
To request a replacement or refund, please fill out the return form to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA). You will need to return the product and everything in the box together with the proof of purchase from Kukara. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the package containing the product sent to Kukara. Kukara will not accept a return that does not have an RMA number on the outer packaging. As indicated above, the customer must bear the cost of shipping the product to Kukara. Any product returned to Kukara without an RMA number or proof of purchase will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Once the form is submitted, we will process it according to the order in which it was received. Usually your form will be processed within 1-2 business days. If approved, you will receive an email from [email protected] with your RMA number and further instructions on how to complete your request.
