Warranty Policy

When purchased through an kukara.com, our products come with a One-Year Limited Warranty are warranted to be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal use for a period of one year from date of original purchase.

Kukara will replace any defective product with the same product or one of equal or lesser value during the warranty term. Replacement products provided under here under are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of replacement for 90 days or, if longer, for the remainder of the original warranty period. This warranty is non-transferrable and covers only the original end-user purchaser.

 

WARRANTY SERVICE

In the event your product is defective, you may request a warranty return. We will go through the warranty return request for a replacement or refund of the purchase price if the following conditions are met below:

  • Product subject to a warrant request must have been purchased directly from www.kukara.com.
  • A valid order confirmation number from www.kukara.com must accompany your warranty return request.
  • Warranty return requests must be submitted within One Year of the original purchase date.
  • Once your warranty request is approved, Kukara will issue you an RMA# to include with your defective product return. Return packages without an authorized RMA# will be returned to sender.
  • Your RMA# must be clearly marked on the outside of the packaging.
  • All warranty request returns must be post-marked within 30 days of an RMA# issuance.
  • We inspect all warranty return items. If the warranty return request is approved, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.
  • If the warranty return is not approved customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning product to Kukara. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY, ITS OWNERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES (COLLECTIVELY, "AFFILIATES") BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM, OR DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY RELATED TO, THE USE OF THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCT SOLD THROUGH THE SITE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST BUSINESS PROFIT, ANTICIPATED PROFITS,  OR COST OF SUBTITUTE SERVICES, EVEN IF THE COMPANY OR ITS AFFILIATES HAVE BEEN  ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION (WHETHER SOUNDING IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHWERISE) EXCEED AN AGGREGATE OF $500.00.

 

EXCLUSIONS

Kukara One-Year Limited Warranty does not cover misuse, accident, or abuse; damage to any non Kukara product, including, but not limited to device damage or loss of data; customized or custom printed product; product purchased through unauthorized resellers, deals sites (included, but not limited to, Groupon, Living Social, NoMoreRack, DailySteals, DailyDeals, Woot, etc.), liquidation sites, auction sites (including, but not limited to, eBay, Quibids, etc.); promotional items; or incidental or consequential damages. You specifically agree that Kukara shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages for breach of any warranty of any type on any Kukara product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations of exclusions may not apply to you.

Except as set forth above, Kukara makes no express or implied warranties and Kukara expressly disclaims any and all warranties including any warranty of quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation on how long an implied warranty may last, so the above limitations of exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state (or by country or province).

 

Overview

To request a replacement or refund, please fill out the Warranty Form to obtain a Return Material Authorization Number. You will be required to return the defective product together with the proof of purchase to Kukara. The RMA number should be clearly written on the outside of the package containing the product being sent to Kukara. Kukara will not accept a return that does not have a RMA number on the outer packaging. As stated above, the customer shall bear the cost of shipping the product to Kukara if the product is not defective. If the warranty return request is approved, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges. If Kukara covers the warranty return we will take care of the cost of shipping the product and back to the customer after the completion of service under the limited warranty. Any product returned to Kukara without an RMA number or proof of purchase will be returned to the customer at the customer's cost.
