The Kukara stands behind the quality of our products and hope you’re happy with your purchase. We offer returns or exchanges of products bought directly from kukara.com within 30 days from the date of purchase. Look below to see full disclosure of Return + Exchanges.

Delivery Information

All Domestic United States orders include Free Standard Shipping. We do offer options outside the Free Standard Shipping and shipping over seas.

Return + Exchange Policy

In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unopened product for a replacement or refund of the purchase price if the following conditions are met:

  • Product subject to a return request must have been purchased directly from www.kukara.com.
  • A $15.00 restocking fee or 15%, whichever is greater, will be deducted from all refunds for any product. This fee does not apply to defective product returned for repair within manufacturer warranty period.
  • A valid order confirmation number from www.kukara.com must accompany your return request.
  • Returned products must be unopened and in like-new resalable condition.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of original purchase date.
  • Once your return request is approved, Kukara will issue you an RMA# to include with your return. Return packages without an authorized RMA# will be returned to sender.
  • Your RMA# must be clearly marked on the outside of the packaging.
  • All returns must be post-marked within 30 days of an RMA# issuance.
  • Customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning product to Kukara. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

General Terms:
All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Prices are final as of time of an order and/or on promotion or sales. All products are shipped F.O.B. (Freight On Board) and become the sole property of the purchaser upon delivery to the specified shipping agent. In case of shipping damage, the customer should contact us immediately, so we can promptly file a damage claim with the carrier and expedite a replacement. Any discrepancy, including wrong items or missing items, should be reported to Kukara within 48 hours from date/time of delivery.

Overview

To request a replacement or refund, please fill out the Return Form to obtain a Return Material Authorization Number. You will be required to return the product and everything came in the box together with the proof of purchase to Kukara. The RMA number should be clearly written on the outside of the package containing the product being sent to Kukara. Kukara will not accept a return that does not have a RMA number on the outer packaging. As stated above, the customer shall bear the cost of shipping the product to Kukara. Any product returned to Kukara without an RMA number or proof of purchase will be returned to the customer at the customer's cost.
